    *Kirkland Cranberry Raspberry 100% Juice Blend, 4 oz
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Fruit, Mixed (Wawona Frozen Spectrum Blend), 2 cup
    Banana, frozen, 1.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)

Directions

Blend it with a POWERFUL blender, even our VitaMix struggled with this much frozen fruit. 5 cups total volume after blending.
