Ingredients

    6 Boneless center cut pork chops, trimmed
    16 oz package of refridgerated sauerkraut, canned may be used
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 granny smith apples, peeled, cored and cut into slices
    1 12 oz bottle dark beer or any beer you like
    2 tbsp cooking oil
    salt and pepper

Directions

Salt and pepper pork chops. Brown chops in a dutch oven with oil over med-med high heat on both sides. Add sauerkraut, beer, sliced apples, and brown sugar. Stir to mix. Lower heat to low-med and simmer for 3 hours or until the pork falls apart. Makes 6 servings.
