Introduction

Great start to the day. Adds energy and at least 2 of your daily fruit requirements. Great start to the day. Adds energy and at least 2 of your daily fruit requirements.

Ingredients

    1cup Strawberries
    1/2 cup Blueberries
    5 Raspberries
    5 Blackberries
    1 sm Banana
    1 cup Almond milk (original)
    1 cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
    3 tsp Bee Pollen Granules
    3 tbs Ground Flax Seed

Directions

Place almond milk and yogurt in mixer with banana and turn it on. While it is running add remaining ingredients 1 at a time through the hole in lid. You can drink right away or chill it to drink later. I prefer to chill it.
