Introduction

A wonderful sandwich that isn't too full of fat and tastes great. Can be made vegetarian without the beef. A wonderful sandwich that isn't too full of fat and tastes great. Can be made vegetarian without the beef.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 slices of sourdough bread (or other bread)
    6 slices roast beef
    1/2 of an avocado
    1 oz sharp cheddar or your choice of cheese (sliced)
    4 slices of tomato
    1 thin slice of onion
    small serving of mixed salad greens to top sandwich
    2 tbsp red pepper humus as spread

Directions

Layer cheese onto sandwich.

Cut vegetables and spread over the two slices of the sandwich. (leave mixed salad greens until last) Layer roast beef on top.

Toast in toaster over for 5 minutes to allow cheese to melt. Top off with salad greens and humus.
