Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef, lean
    1 packet chili seasoning
    2 lb sliced mushrooms, fresh
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can rotel diced tomatoes with habaneros

Directions

Brown the ground meat with the chili seasoning.
Dump everything into a crock pot and stir.
Cook on low heat for 8+ hours.

Enjoy!
(Is really great with scrambled eggs & a bit of cheese the next morning!)

    Very Good
    I also used rotel with green chilis because we don't have rotl with habaneros here either. Mine wasn't spicy. Cut the mushrooms cause some family members don't like them. Served it to extended family for Christmas lunch with Fritos, diced onions and diced jalapenos. It was a big hit. - 12/25/10

    Incredible!
    I used less mushrooms and used the Rotel tomatoes with green chilis since our store didn't have the ones with habaneros, but it was incredibly delicious and VERY spicy! Will definitely make again. - 10/10/10
