Ingredients

    1packet of baby portabellos-sliced and washed
    1 can of salt free black beans
    vegetable broth-1 cup
    chilly powder-1 tbs
    salt to taste
    mustard seeds
    dried red chills2

Directions

Wash the mushrooms and cut-then microwave till cooked.In a saucepan-pour 1 tbsp olive oil and pop the mustard and the chillies.Add the mushrooms and vegetable broth.Add the beans and allow to boilfor 2 mins and then when the sauce thickens-can be served in bowls.
