Ingredients

    1 box Ronzini Smart Taste Rotini
    2 chicken breast (from Golden Plump pkg)
    1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
    16 oz (8 tbs) of Daisy Light Sour Cream
    1 medium red bell pepper
    3 tbsp fresh chopped chives
    4 oz low fat pepper jack cheese

Directions

Boil pasta (the drain and rinse with cool water)
Boil chicken (then shred)
Cube cheese
Slice red peppers
Chop chives

Mix ranch packet and sour cream in with pasta. Mix in chicken, cheese, red peppers, and chives. Serve cold.

Makes 8 3/4-cup servings.
