Introduction

Soak seaweed and lime zest in cold water (enough to cover seaweed) for 5 - 10 minutes. Slice mushroom and cucumber slices. Drain off water seaweed.     2 cucumber slices, peeled and sliced in thin strips
    lime zest
    lime juice from a wedge or two
    1 tsp soy sauce
