Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup lowfat yogurt
    1/2 or 1 small banana
    1/2 cup frozen fruit blend
    1/2 cup orange juice

Directions

Put all of the ingredients in a blender (or use a magic bullet glass) and blend. Enjoy.
