Ingredients

    2 oz Mussels
    2 oz Shrimp, cooked
    0.25 Cup Tofu, soft, cut into small cubes
    3 Clams, Small
    0.25 Cup Bamboo shoots, cut into small pieces
    3 Oz Cod (fish), cut into small pieces
    1 Small Scallions, raw, chopped
    0.25 Cup College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free
    1.5 Cup Water, tap
    1 Cup Rice, Cooked White long Grain
    0.25 Cup Summer Squash, sliced

Directions

1. Clean Mussels, Shrimp, & Clams.
2. Bring Chicken Broth & Water to a boil.
3. Add Seafood, Tofu and Veggies to Chicken Broth and cook until Mussels & Clams are cooked.
4. Serve with Cooked White Rice
