Ingredients
-
1 Store-bought pizza crust (I like Boboli)
1.75 Cups Barbeque sauce (Bullseye has NO High Fructose Corn Syrup)
1.5 Cups Shredded Mozzerella (2% Reduced Fat)
2 Quorn "Naked" Chik'n Cutlets
1 Vidalia onion
3 Cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Butter
Directions
** The chik'n tastes best if you cube and place in a plastic bag with BBQ sauce to marinade for a few hours beforehand. **
Preheat oven per instructions on Pizza Crust packaging (normally it's 400 ºF)
Crush garlic and slice onions, and saute in butter over medium-high heat.
Smooth Barbeque sauce evenly over the entire pizza crust, then sprinkle cheese all over.
Once the onions and garlic have browned nicely, sprinkle onions, garlic, and Chik'n evenly over the pizza, and place in the oven. Bake according until the cheese edges have browned (about 15-17 minutes, depending on your oven).
Slice into 6 pieces, and enjoy! (Nutritional info is based on 1/6 pizza)
