Ingredients



    * Sixteen Bean Soup Starter (Target or other brand), 2 cup (remove)
    * Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup (remove)
    * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Jalapeno Peppers, 0.25 cup, sliced (remove)
    * Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * *BLACKPEPPER, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)

    * add salt to taste after cooking...

Directions

You can cook all at once in a pressure cooker. Make sure to soak beans overnight. Then place all ingredients in pressure cooker, bring up to pressure and cook 10 minutes. Let the pressure come down naturally. Has all your essential amino acids, fatty acids and healthy dose of fiber!
