Ingredients

    Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 2 cup
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Baking Powder, 4 tsp
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Butter, salted, 6 tbsp
    Buttermilk, 1 cup

Directions

Preheat oven to 450.
Sift all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
cut in butter with pastry cutter, knife or fingers until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal.
quickly, but gently stir in buttermilk until dough holds together. don't overstir.
turn dough onto lightly floured board and knead gently with floured hands. Roll out dough to about 1/2 thickness and cut with biscuit cutter, glass or knife. Place on ungreased baking sheet leaving a litte space between. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until biscuits are golden. Serve warm.
