Ingredients

    * Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove)
    * Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 100 grams (remove)
    * Parsley, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    * Beef, round steak, 400 grams (remove)

Directions

ensure steak is cut into 4 portions.place each portion between cling film sheet and gently bang with rolling pin untill steak is very thin..Mix all other ingrediants and sprean evenly on the steaks .Roll up and sucure with tooth pick .plave in tin foil indivdually and add a small amount of water to each parcel bake in moderate oven for approx 30 mins
