    3C. peeled, sliced cucumbers
    4 medium scallions, sliced
    3 med. stalks celery, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 t. extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 C. white balsamic vinegar
    3 T. Hidden Valley Lite Ranch
    2 sprigs fresh dill, chopped lightly
    Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients and serve.
