Introduction

I have used canned organic beans, well rinsed. You can add broccoli shoots instead of pea shoots for added crunch. Cilantro also adds a different flavour. Ingredients

    .5 cup garbanzo beans
    .5 cup red kidney beans
    .5 cup navy beans
    .5 cup black eyed peas
    .5 cup chopped red onion
    1 stalk celery chopped
    1 medium red tomato chopped
    1/2 large yellow sweet pepper, chopped
    .25 cup apple cidar vinegar
    2 T EVOO
    2 t. ground flax seed
    1 cup pea shoots, chopped

Directions

Chop all the veges and mix with drained and rinsed beans. Toss with apple cidar vinegar and EVOO. Chill to allow flavours to meld together.
