Introduction

It's been in the family tradition and it's one of my favorites! It's goes great with white rice or even brown rice :) You can also add a bit of salt to taste once it's served. Simple and Good Recipe. Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Beef
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1/2 cup raw Onion, chopped
    1 Medium fresh Tomato, chopped
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1 tsp Garlic Salt
    1 Large fresh Cabbage Head, chopped
    1 tsp Chicken flavor Bouillon

Directions

Cook Ground Beef with Olive Oil for about 4-5 minutes or until it's brown (on medium heat). Add raw Onion, Tomato, Black Pepper and the Garlic Salt. Cook for another 10 minutes on low heat. Then add the chopped cabbage and cook on low heat for 15-17 minutes until well cooked. Makes 9-10 1cup servings.
