2/3 cup milk skim
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. Canola Oil
1 Large egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Grease bottom of muffin pans only.
Beat egg and mix with milk, sugar and canola oil. Add wet ingredients to cake mix. Fold in blueberries. Bake for 13-18 minutes.
