Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Large Onion
    1 Large Pepper (I use whatever color I have)
    1 tsp Chopped Garlic
    2 cups frozen Green Beans
    1 pkg Extra Lean Ground Turkey 20 oz
    28-29 oz Diced Canned Tomatos
    1/2 cup Brown Rice
    1 1/2 cup Broth (I used veggie)
    1 Cup Mushrooms
    1 T Olive Oil
    1/4 Cup Wine
    1 T Basil
    1/2 T Mrs Dash
    1 T Maggi
    2 T Teryaki Sauce
    1 Bay Leaf

Directions

Heat Large Skillet
Add olive oil
Saute Onions until almost translucient
Add garlic, pepper, mushrooms (if fresh)
Cook til onions are translucent
Add ground turkey, brown
Add the rest of the ingredients, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally until rice is done.
Enjoy!
Makes about 10 1 1/4 - cup servings.
