Introduction
I got this recipe from the back of a KRAFT peanut butter container. It's very easy & fast and only uses three ingredients. I got this recipe from the back of a KRAFT peanut butter container. It's very easy & fast and only uses three ingredients.Number of Servings: 20
Ingredients
-
1 cup peanut butter, I used KRAFT extra creamy for the nutrition information but you can substitute with a healthier variety (although I don't suggest using natural or light PB because they don't turn out well, you can use regular smooth PB and it doesn't have to be KRAFT)
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 egg
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
2. Roll into very small balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
3. Flatten with fork.
4. Bake in pre-heated oven of 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden around edges.
5. Let cool in pan for about 5-10 minutes before placing on cooling rack until fully cooled. Store in airtight container.
6. Enjoy!
*You can also lightly garnish with brown sugar or place a few Chipits peanut butter chips on top of cookies after removing them from oven.
Makes up to 2 dozen cookies, depending on size. Generally makes about 20 cookies.
