Introduction

Something I made quickly for dinner tonight. Something I made quickly for dinner tonight.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 TBS Olive oil
    3 cloves garlic
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tomato, diced (optional. I had an overripe on I needed to use.)
    16 oz can of pinto beans, drained and rinsed
    16 oz can of black beans, draind and rinsed
    1 can of S&W Louisiana Red Beans (KEEP THE JUICES)
    1 can of diced tomatoes
    chili pepper, cumin, salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until carmelized. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Serves 6.
