    1 lb ground beef
    3 cups spaghetti sauce
    1 cup tomato sauce
    15oz ricotta cheese (fat free)
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp basil
    1/2 tsp oregano
    12 pieces American Beauty Oven Ready
    lasagna noodles
    4 cups mozzarella (part skim)
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese


~heat oven to 375
~brown meat, drain and add spaghetti and tomato sauces (set aside)
~mix ricotta, egg, basil and oregano in small bowl
(set aside)

~13x9x2 pan spread 3/4 cup meat sauce
~add 3 pieces of noodles (don't overlap)
~spread 2/3 cups ricotta mix evenly over pasta
~spread 3/4 cups meat sauce evenly over ricotta
~spread 1 cup mozzarella evenly over meat sauce
~repeat (noodles to mozarella) twice more
~add the last three pieces of noodle
~spread last of the meat sauce over noodles
~spread remainder of cheese (including parmesan)

~cover with tin foil
~bake 30 minutes
~ remove foil and bake 10-15 minutes (until hot and bubbly)
~let stand 5 minutes

Makes 10-12 servings (nutrition count based on 9 servings ~ easier to cut it that way)

    being 100% italian, and growing up with moms home cookin...this interested me...i liked this, but didnt agree with the spaghetti sauce.. u gotta make ur own gravy! its good though and makes it quick to make - 11/1/07
