    1 banana
    1 cup of strawberries halved
    1 cup of frozen berries any brand
    3 6oz lite and fit yogurt


Mix all ingredients in blender and enyoy!
Makes four 8oz cups

You can use frozen strawberries if you like,
the frozen fruit is what makes it thick and creamy
