homemade mac and cheese homemade mac and cheese

Ingredients

    one box of elbow noodles
    vegetable oil
    butter
    flour
    milk
    cheddar cheese
    nutmeg
    salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne

Directions

Cook noodles, drain, set aside. Heat oil and butter and add flour. Cook 3 minutes and slowly add milk. Let thinken and add cheese. Stir until blended. Add noodles in large casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Broil for 5 minutes til golden brown.
