Introduction
This is a quick, cheap, and refreshing salad to have on a hot night in the summer for dinner! You can also feel safe taking it to a potluck or BBQ since there's no mayo! Ingredients

2 Cups fresh soba noodles*
2 Cups hearts of romaine, shredded
1/4 Cup green onions, chopped
1/4 Cup red bell pepper, chopped or sliced thin
1/2 Cup fresh bean sprouts
1/4 Cup almonds, slivered
1/2 Cup sugar snap peas, chopped
1/2 Cup carrots, grated or shredded
1/2 Cup canned mandarin oranges, chopped
1 whole or 2 halves boneless skinless chicken breast, grilled
6 Tbsp Kraft Light Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing**
*You can usually find these in a normal grocery store in the produce area near the pre-packaged salad mixes.
**You can substitute any dressing you like just take into consideration the different nutritional content.
Directions
1. Grill chicken breast with only a dash of black pepper to season, do not add salt the dressing has enough. Cool chicken breast to touch and then shred with two forks.
2. Cut up all vegetables and put into a large bowl.
3. Open noodle package and break the noodles up gently by hand.
4. Add noodles and chicken to vegetables and mix lightly.
5. Add dressing, mix to coat, and enjoy!
