Ingredients

    1 cup of ground walnuts
    20 dates
    1/2 cup packed raisins

Directions

In food processor, grind walnuts until measures one cup. Remove and then add 20 dates. Put all back in processor bowl and add 1/2 cup packed raisins. Grind and then place 6 servings equally into 6 muffin pan slots. Form with hands into bars as the mixture will be moist. I refrigerated these but do not know if it would be necessary. They are yummy. I am going to try other mixtures soon.
