My kids favorite, with healthy adaptations. The nutritional information only includes the information for garlic, but I have also used Italian Seasonings in this. Ingredients

    1 cup Whole Wheat Spaghetti
    1/2 cup Del Monte Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce
    Garlic, Italian Seasoning to taste
    4 ounces ground turkey

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions.
Brown ground turkey, add garlic powder and Italian seasonings. Pour sauce over meat and heat through.
Makes 6-8 servings.
Can be put in a dish and baked with Low-fat, part skim milk Mozzarella cheese on top.
