Ingredients



    * *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 4 oz
    * *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp
    * Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 tbsp
    * *Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 2 tbsp
    * *Mission whole wheat tortillas, 1 serving
    * Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .5 oz
    * Romaine Lettuce (salad), .33 cup, shredded
    * Onions, raw, .5 tbsp chopped

Directions

Cook the turkey until it is no longer pink, add the seasoning, and a little water until it boils. Heat the tortilla in a dry skillet, then smear it with the sour cream, then sprinkle the lettuce, onion, salsa and cheese on the bottom half of the tortilla. Follow with the turkey. Then roll it all up, beginning at the end with the filling. Secure with a toothpick on both sides and slice in the middle.
