Introduction

This is an easy to make, delicious shake or ice cream to have for lunch. Being allergic to milk, and needing to get enough fruit and protein in the day, were both incentive to come up with this treat. Enjoy! Ingredients

    1 and1/2 cups Almond Breeze Original Almond Milk
    2 heaping tablespoons of Jarrow Brown Rice Protein Powder
    2 cups frozen mixed fruit

Directions

Place your almond milk, protein powder, and frozen fruit in blender.
Pulse until smooth.
Enjoy right away.
