Ingredients

    4 1/2 lb center cut boneless pork chops
    Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour (reg flour seasoned with salt and pepper can be substituted)
    4 tbsp canola oil

Directions

Coat pork chops liberally in flour, heat oil in pan, fry until chops turn a beautiful golden brown and are cooked all the way through. Enjoy.

Makes 4 1/2 lb chops
