Introduction

Refreshing black bean salad with cilantro. I can't stop eating it. Refreshing black bean salad with cilantro. I can't stop eating it.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cans black beans (rinsed well)
    2 large tomatoes, chopped
    1 medium red onion, chopped
    1/2 Cup olive oil
    2 TBS lemon or lime juice
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 Cup Cilantro, chopped
    1 tsp salt
    1 TBS Red wine vinegar
    dash Jalepeno juice (optional)

Directions

Mix all together in a bowl. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

NOTES:
I just divide into 6 equal servings. That's what I based the nutritional info on.
