Ingredients

    2 pints blueberries
    1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
    1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup skim milk or water
3 tsp splenda or other sweetener to taste

Directions

Blend and enjoy. :) I would crush ice first and then add the water or skim milk, then blueberries and lastly the frozen yogurt. But you get the drift.
It was excellent. The frozen yogurt made it creamy and the blueberries gave it all the flavor of something really decadent... but it wasn't. :)

Makes 6 8-10 oz. servings.
