Ingredients

1 Can Black Beans
1 Can Garbonzo Beans
2 Ears (1 cup) Corn (cooked)
1 red bell pepper chopped in 1/2 inch pieces
1 mango chopped in 1/2 inch pieces
Vinaigrette
2 limes, zested and juiced
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mixed together corn, drained beans, bell pepper and mango
In a separate bowl, mix together vinaigrette ingredients. Toss with beans and corn mixture and chill for at least 1 1/2 hour but will taste delicious immediately!!!!
