Ingredients

    2-3 cups of chopped tomato
    1 cup sun dried tomato
    2 dates
    1-2 garlic cloves
    2 tbs basil
    1 tsp salt

    Blend all together in Food Processor then
    Chop bell pepper
    Chop onion
    1 cup mushrooms
    If so desired, you may lightly saute the chopped veggies; If on a raw diet, mixed the chopped vegetables into the sauce and serve over your pasta of choice or your spiralized zucchini
