Ingredients

    1 lb LEAN ground london broil
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    3/4 cup quick oatmeal
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 cup nonfat milk

    Mix all ingredients and form into balls the size of a quarter.

    Sauce:

    1 cup ketchup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1/2 cup water
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Place raw meatballs in crockpot and mix sauce ingredients. Pour sauce over meatballs and cook 6-8 hours until done on low.


Or mix all sauce ingredients well. Place meatballs in baking dish. Pour sauce over and bake at 350 for about 1 hour.

Serves 4.
