Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    1/2 cup fiber one cereal
    1/3 cup fiber one pancake mix
    1/4 cup egg substitute (1 medium egg)
    Splenda, and other seasonings to taste
    1/2 cup water (milk)
    1/8 tsp baking powder

Directions

Place fiber one into ziploc bag and smash until it is rather smooth. Not a powder but not cereal form. (I use my magic bullet for this step)

Mix Wet ingredients (eggs, water, pumpkin)
Add in dry ingredients and any extra flavor you desire

Cook on a skillet like a normal pancake
Warning: This cannot be substituted into a waffle iron
