Basically a rolled Japanes omelet Basically a rolled Japanes omelet

Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 tbsp water or dashi
    1 tsp sugar
    1tsp potato starch disolved in 1 tbsp water
    1 tsp mirin

Directions

Mix ingredients together in bowl. Oil small frying pan and add a portion of the egg. Cook until almost set and roll either towards or way from yourself. Add remainder of egg and lift the roll you made so the egg can flow under the roll. Cook until almost set and roll the whole thing up using the existing roll already created. Serves 1
