Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 package Jennie-O hot italian sausage links, cut into 5ths
    1 can diced sodium free tomatoes
    4 large mushrooms diced
    4 scallions chopped
    1 bell pepper diced
    1 jar Gia Russo Hot SIcilian sauce
    8 oz dry gluten free pasta, cooked
    4 oz part skim mozzerella shredded
    .25 cup parmesan grated

Directions

cook sausage and vegetables. Add sauce and diced tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes while cooking pasta according to package directions (then drain). Mix pasta and meat/sauce in a casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 30 minutes.
