Ingredients
-
1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (cut in bite size pieces)
36 Medium Shrimp (ready to eat ) Frozen
2 Cups Vegetable Broth
1-16oz Bag of Gumbo Mix Veggies
1/4 Cup Bell Peppers
1/2 Cup Diced Onion
Old Bay Seasoning
Creole Seasoning
Directions
Put 2 cups of Broth in small crock pot.
In frying pan w/ 1 T Fat Free Butter saute diced chicken then add to crock pot. Now saute peppers & onions in 1 T Fat Free Butter then add to crock pot,
next add Creole Seasoning (I used about 1.5 Tablespoons)
*The more you add the more spicier it will become*
Next add Gumbo Veggies.
Now saute Shrimp in fry pan w/ 1T Fat Free Butter and Old Bay Seasoning. Add to crock pot.
Let cook on low for at least 2 hours, or on warm for 4 hours so everything blends. Add salt and pepper to taste...
