Introduction

Homemade egg salad is a great summertime meal. Homemade egg salad is a great summertime meal.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Hard Boiled Egg, 12 large
    *sweet gerkin pickles (3 pickles 1 oz), 1.3 serving (4 pickles) chopped
    1 medium raw onion (2-1/2" dia) chopped
    Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, 4 tbsp

Directions

Boil the eggs 10 minutes. While the eggs are boiling, chop the pickles & onion. Shell the hard boiled eggs then in a medium - large bowl chop the eggs then mix in the rest of the ingredients. To serve place a spoonfull between 2 slices of bread. Great if you have time to chill before serving.

(run cold water over the egg to make shelling easier)

(you can use more or less eggs to make as much or as little you would like, the rest of the ingredients would also need adjusting)

Tastes great on Wheat bread too.
