Ingredients

    1lb of 93/7 ground turkey
    1 can of mexican style corn
    1 can of black beans
    1 can of light red kidney beans
    1 can of diced tomatoes
    6tsp Taco Seasoning
    4Tbls Light Ranch Dressing (or package of ranch dressing mix)

Directions

cook turkey in skillet and drain. In stock pot combine all ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to a simmer for 10 minutes.
I serve with Martha White Mexican cornbread and a dallop of lowfat or fat free sour cream.
With other spices this could be a great Chili.
