Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp. chia cereal
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 scoops protein powder
1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup unsalted sesame seeds
1/2 up unsalted almond chopped
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup dried cranberries
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. dark agave nectar
3 tbsp. canola oil
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
pinch of nutmeg
Directions
Makes 16 servings
Preheat over to 325 F.
Line an 8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix cinnamon, nutmeg, agave nectar, oil and egg.
Add wet to dry ingredients and mix until just blended. Mixture should be lumpy.
Press mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes. The edges will be lightly brown.
Remove from oven and set on wire cooling rack to cool. When cool, cut into 1" x 4" bars.
