Introduction

The original recipe called for 28 ounces of pork & beans. But the calorie amount was so high that I decided to only use half the beans and then cut down a little on the bbq sauce accordingly. With the beans, it's a way to get more fiber into your sandwich. The original recipe called for 28 ounces of pork & beans.
