Introduction

This is a something I cooked up at Univerisity. It's cheap and tastes nice and also is healthy! You can have any variety of rice you like, and you could also have pasta with it. It's a great dish to have if your planning on going for a cardio blast as it has slow realse carbs! This is a something I cooked up at Univerisity. It's cheap and tastes nice and also is healthy! Half an onion
1 teaspoon of dried mixed herbs
    Dash of black pepper
    Dash of salt (optional)

    1 cup of rice

Directions

-Put a dash of oil in a frying pan and heat up
-When the oil is hot add the chicken

-While the chicken is cooking, put the rice into a pan of boiling water on a medium heat (follow directions on rice packet as each rice takes different amounts of time to cook)

-When the chicken is cooked add your onions to brown off

- When the onions are soft, add the mustard, lemon juice, pepper, herbs and salt.

- Mix together and let the flavours come through

- Cook this until the rice is done

- When the rice is cooked, put the rice on a plate and place the chicken on top

- Serve the remaining sauce over the chicken and the rice

Why not add a few steamed vegetables to this to make it really healthy?
