Introduction
This is a great meal that really fills you up, great for freezing too!! This is a great meal that really fills you up, great for freezing too!!Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients

2 Diced Chicken Breast
75g Boiled rice
Chinese 5 spice, or chinese seasoning
1/2 cup cooked broccoli
1/2 cup cooked peas
1 tsp pureed Garlic
1 tsp pureed Ginger
Directions
Boil your rice until tender, usually about 20 minutes.
while your rice is cooking boil your broccoli and peas in seperate saucepans until tender.
Whilst your vegs and rice are cooking add the ginger and garlic to a saucepan and add the diced chicken, cook until browned and juices run clear.
Once the rice is cooked add the chicken, cooked peas and broccolli and add as much chinese 5 spice or seasoning to suit your own taste.
Voila!! This dish should feed 2 -3 as a main meal.
