Ingredients

    1 cup Quaker old fashioned oats
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup Spenda brown sugar blend
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt

    COMBINE IN A LARGE BOWL:
    3 oz. sugar free applesuace
    1/3 vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1tsp. banilla extract
    2 ripe medium bananas

    Add all at once to oat mexture, stirring just until moistened. Divide evenly among prepared muffin cups. Bake 20-25 min. or until tester inserted in center comes out clean

Directions

Place paper liners in muffin tin. distrubute batter evenly.
Makes 12 servings.
