Ingredients

    2 4oz cod filets
    1 tsp minced fresh garlic
    1 tbsp salted butter
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Melt butter
Add minced garlic and parmesan, stir until well mixed
Spoon mixture over two thawed 4oz cod filets
Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork

**lower the fat and sodium by substituting the salted butter with an unsalted butter substitute
