Introduction

1-1/2 cups Oatmeal, uncooked
1/4 cup molasses
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup almonds (raw)
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup rice flour
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup splenda and/or honey
1 fresh egg

Ingredients

    Put all ingredients in a power blender (I use the health master) and mix until nuts are broken down and everything is blended well it will be a sticky thick mixture. Using a large tablespoon fill a cupcake pan (each cup about 1/4 full). Bake at 200 for 3 hours. This are so moist and yummy.

Directions

This made 12 dense fulfilling protein bars for me.
