    16 oz chicken breasts original recipe called for thighs
    1/4 cup honey
    3 T soy sauce
    1 T rice vinegar
    1 T ground ginger
    1 T sesame oil
    pinch of black pepper

    original recipe called for oyster sauce i forgot to add it 1T


In a mixing bowl, combine chicken with all ingredients of marinade, cover and refrigerate until needed. I marinated for about 2 hrs can go longer if you want.

Heat oil, on high, in a heavy fry pan or wok until the surface shimmers. Add chicken with all the marinade and stirfry until chicken is fully cooked about 7-8 mins. Watch carefully as the marinade will begin reducing down, bubbling and becoming slowly sticky, and the chicken will become caramelized. It can easily burn at this point, if you are not carefully watching.

I forgot this step Reduce heat and add oyster sauce, tossing chicken until it is all coasted with oyster sauce.
