Ingredients

    Oreos - Reduced Fat, 5 serving
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Cream Cheese Fat Free Philadelphia, 24 oz
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Lemon Juice, 20 ml
    Cool Whip Free, 30 tbsp (optional)

Directions

Makes 15 servings
Mix sugar, cream cheese, eggs and lemon juice.
Pour on top of 1 oreo cookie in each muffin case until 3/4 full.
Bakes at 350 for 15-20 mins
Top with cool whip or pie filling
